Adreno's ropes courses provide an opportunity to have fun as a group, challenge yourself, and develop team building skills. When groups or individuals go up on a ropes course, it is an opportunity for them to learn their own perceived limits and how they perform under pressure.
Completing a ropes course as a group teaches people to give and receive support from others, which is the principal goal of many team building activities. Working collaboratively with team members can help an individual achieve more than they thought they could accomplish alone.
On the Adreno ropes courses, small groups work together to complete a team challenge with problem-solving initiatives. Each group works with an experienced facilitator, the guide throughout the course. Each of our ropes courses consists of high and/or low elements. Low elements take place on the ground or only a few feet above the ground. High elements are usually constructed in trees and require a belay for safety.
